BT Engage IT employee shortlisted for 'IT Service Management Champion of the Year Award'

In November, Dave Dolphin, one of the Sheffield Support Services team, was selected by the judges of the itSMF ‘IT Service Management Champion of the Year Award’ as one of 3 finalists.

Key criteria for this award was for the individual to demonstrate they have outperformed and made an outstanding contribution within their organisation and for their customers. To make finalist stage is a great accolade for the company and an outstanding personal achievement for Dave who was put forward by one of our key customers, Metalogic, after giving us excellent feedback for his work.
