Purchasing the equipment is the easy bit – it’s what it’s configured and pre-loaded with that can make the difference between receiving a basic PC, laptop or server or one which is ready to start working and benefiting your organisation from the start.

Our confguration service enables our customers to:

• Achive cost effeiencies. Having the configuration of equipment carried out prior to delivery removes the onerous task from the customer’s valuable IS resource
• Have access to our dedicated configuration team who are experts in their field and work in a dedicated large scale configuration area. We have the scale and capacity to process large orders simultaneously
• Have the advantage of having equipment configured at the pre-delivery stage. This means that the equipment arrives on site in a ready state and requires minimal post delivery attention from the customer. The use of remote data links can enable the configuration team to add new machines directly to a customer’s network prior to delivery and assign specific users. Conversely, customers can also manage their own image remotely using the same remote links
• Have peace of mind, each item of equipment configured in our configuration centre is handled professionally and any issues with build quality or manufacturer defects can be flagged and rectified prior
